Rental Terms & Conditions

Please see the item specific rental details below:

1.) A Different Rental Experience:  Instead of charging 6+ different “fees” like the other guys, We provide all the basics you need to enjoy your trip stress-free without having to pack up your entire house.  Our “Basics” Package is required on all our rentals, and includes the following for one low price:

  • Unit Prep
  • Delivery
  • Setup 
  • Pickup
  • Fresh Water Filled
  • Propane Included
  • Kitchen Supplies
  • Generator capable of running 1 AC (FREE Unlimited Use) 

We also offer additional packages to simplify your trip prep such as linens, outdoor camp equipment, VIP concierge, & diesel generator upgrades to provide reliable power for multi-AC units & multi trailer rentals!  You can select a few packages and show up with “Just the Toys” 

2.) Age, Payment,  & Documentation: Must be over 25 to rent, you need to possess a current US state driver’s license, State-Issued ID, Passport, or IDP for international customers. (International customers will need to present a passport as well) We will need to scan an electronic copy of your identification as well as your credit card at rental pickup/delivery. You will need to provide a physical credit that matches your ID- If anyone else is paying for your rental or damage deposit we will need a copy of their ID & Credit Card in advance of your pickup/delivery, along with additional paperwork from the third party. (You must contact us in advance to set up third party payments) 

3.) Reservation Deposit: To reserve your rental, We require a reservation deposit payment of 25% of your rental estimate. The 25% deposit will be applied toward the rental balance.

Cancelations:

– up to 2 weeks in advance of the rental start date will receive store credit for the entire 25% deposit. 

– up to 2 day in advance of the rental start date will receive store credit for half of the 25% deposit. 

– 1 day in advance of the rental start date or same-day cancelations will forfeit the 25% deposit with no store credit (no exceptions).

4.) Remaining Rental Payment: The remaining 75% rental balance & security/damage deposit are due on the rental pickup/delivery day.

5.) Security/Damage Deposit: We require a $500 deposit, which will be processed as a hold on your card the day of your rental pickup. The deposit will be released no later than 7 days after the return/pickup of the unit in the same condition as it was rented out. 

6.) Cleaning: Our standard cleaning service covers basic interior cleaning only (housekeeping- sweep, vacuum, wipe-down, toilet/shower, etc.) Excessively dirty units, or units with dirty dishes are subject to hourly cleaning charges.

7.) Air Conditioning: Please note that RV Air Conditioners are typically capable of dropping interior temps by ~20 degrees compared to the outside ambient air temperature. Camping during extremely hot weather (over 100 degrees) can be extremely uncomfortable. Hot weather can cause generators to overheat and malfunction. Running the rooftop AC excessively can also cause the unit to freeze up and malfunction. We will not be held responsible for malfunctioning generators and AC units in extremely hot weather.  We offer diesel generators as an upgrade if you would like the most reliable power option available. 

8.) Pets: We love our customer’s pets! Not only do we allow pets, we do not charge any pet fees!!  You are responsible for any damage caused by your pet(s), as well as any additional hourly cleaning charges due that may be required.  For customers who are allergic to pets, all of our units are pet friendly and as such may not be allergy-friendly, please plan accordingly.

9.) NO REFUNDS: No cash/credit card refunds of any kind are issued. Any equipment related issues may be compensated via store credit at staff discretion.  

ATV rental details:

 

1.) Age, Payment, & Documentation: Must be over 21 (25 for raptor) to rent, you need to possess a current US state driver’s license, State-Issued ID, Passport, or IDP for international customers. (International customers will need to present a passport as well) We will need to scan an electronic copy of your identification as well as your credit card at rental pickup. You will need to provide a physical credit that matches your ID- If anyone else is paying for your rental or damage deposit we will need a copy of their ID & Credit Card in advance of your pickup, along with additional paperwork from the third party. (You must contact us in advance to set up third party payments)

 

2.) Reservation Deposit: To reserve your rental, We require a reservation deposit payment of 25% of your rental estimate. The 25% deposit will be applied toward the rental balance.

3.) Remaining Rental Payment: The remaining 75% rental balance & security/damage deposit are due on the rental pickup/delivery day.

 

4.) Damage Waiver is available for purchase for 90, 250, & 400 ATVs (NO WAIVER AVAILABLE FOR RAPTORS). The waiver covers physical damage to the machine with a $750 deductible. The waiver DOES NOT cover mechanical damage. The damage waiver does not provide any liability coverage, you are responsbile for any damage you cause to others or harm you may cause to yourself, your passengers, or others.

 

5.) Security/damage deposit is:

  • $500 per 90, 250, or 400cc ATV
  • $1000 per 700cc Raptor ATV

The deposit will be processed as a hold on your card the day of your rental pickup. The deposit will be released no later than 7 days after the return/pickup of the unit in the same condition as it was rented out.

 

6.) Helmets: CA Law requires helmets at all times while riding, we include helmets with your rental and they must be worn at all times.

 

7.) Gas: Fuel may be purchased in advanced at a discounted rate, or customer may pay per gallon for fuel on return.

 

8.) Night Riding: Due to reoccurring issues with injuries and damages to machines, we do not permit night driving with our ATVs.

 

9.) NO REFUNDS: No cash/credit card refunds of any kind are issued. Any post-rental refunds are issued as store credit, for use on a future rental.


UTV/SXS rental details: 

1.) Must be 25 or over to rent, you need to possess a current US state driver’s license, State-Issued ID, Passport, or IDP for international customers. (International customers will need to present a passport as well) We will need to take a copy of your identification at the rental pickup. You will also need to provide a physical credit card at the time of pickup that matches your ID- If anyone else is paying for your rental or damage deposit we will need a copy of their ID & Credit Card in advance of your pickup, along with additional paperwork from the third party. (You must contact us in advance to set up third party payments)

2.) ONLY 1 DRIVER IS PERMITTED: The primary renter will be the primary driver, and you may not allow anyone else to operate the UTV at any time. If you are stopped by law enforcement, they will impound the vehicle if the driver’s name does not match the rental agreement.

3.) We require a non-refundable reservation deposit payment of 25% of your rental estimate, which confirms the reservation. The 25% deposit will be applied toward the rental balance, and the remaining 75% is due at pickup. The reservation deposit, once paid, will lock-in your specific dates; and can not be transferred to another set of dates, refunded, nor issued as store credit. We have a limited stock of equipment and in order to maintain an accurate calendar we are very strict on our cancelation policy. Please do not place a deposit if you are unsure of your dates or trip. Any cancelations within 48 hours of the rental start date or scheduled pickup date will forfeit the entire rental charges, full payment is due if cancelation notification is not provided within 48 hours of your rental start date or scheduled pickup day/time.

4.) The remaining rental balance & security/damage deposit will be automatically charged to the card on file on the morning of your pickup date.

 

5.) Damage Waiver is available for purchase for all RZR/SXS units. The waiver covers physical damage to the machine with a $3,500 deductible. The waiver DOES NOT cover mechanical damage, nor any damage you cause to others or harm you may cause to others.

6.) The security/damage deposit is $2,500.00 per unit (DS machines) & $3,500.00 per unit (RS, XRS, R Mav R turbo machines). The deposit will be released within 7 days after the return of the unit in the same condition as it was rented out. The deductible on the damage waiver (if purchased) is $3,500. Should a loss or damage occur you will be responsible for the full deductible amount before the waiver coverage begins. The damage waiver does not cover mechanical damage to engine, transmission, clutches, axles, belts, etc. You are responsible for any mechanical damage that may occur during your rental.

7.) We are a rental company working in the desert and we are many miles, and many hours away from access to parts and repairs. You are responsible for ALL INCURRED COSTS associated with the repair of our units. This includes the cost to expedite parts, the cost to transport units to a dealer for repair, and the cost of the parts & repair labor.

8.) You are responsible to pay for the cost of additional rental days while our equipment is down for repair, up to 10 total days. Additional rental days are covered until the vehicle is repaired and inspected ready-to-rent.

 

9.) Helmets are required at all times while riding, We do have helmets available for rental, ask for details. We do not rent youth/kid’s helmets but we do have a limited stock available for sale.

10.) Gas: Fuel may be purchased in advanced at a discounted rate, or customer may pay per gallon for fuel on return.

11.) Belts: Drive belt damage is a common but avoidable situation. At pickup- we will advise on tips for avoiding belt damage. When replacing a belt, we recommend you view a video of the process on our website. Be sure to remove all of the old belt out of the clutches before installing a new belt. New belts must be broken in with gentle riding for the first few hours. UTV must be shut off as soon as a belt breaks to avoid engine oil seal damage. A damaged oil seal requires a complete disassembly of the engine.

No refunds are given on inoperable UTVs due to broken belts, axles, or clutch wear!!

12.) Due to reoccurring issues with injuries and damages to machines, we do not permit night driving with our UTVs.

13.) NO CASH/CREDIT REFUNDS! Any post-rental refunds are issued as store credit, for use on a future rental. Reservation deposits can not be refunded or issued as store credit. Specifically noted: No rental refunds are given due to Broken belts & Broken axles. These are considered customer damage, and we will charge to replace broken belts or axles. Cancelations with less than 48 hours notice before your pickup date will forfeit the entire rental fee. Your rental fee is due in full if you cancel less than 48 hours before your scheduled pickup date.
